RubanMarket is not a party to transactions between users. Disputes should first be resolved between parties; we may assist but are not obligated to.

Intellectual Property: Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform. You may not copy or use other users' content without permission. RubanMarket's trademarks and branding are protected.

Limitation of Liability: RubanMarket provides the platform as-is without warranties. We are not liable for user conduct, transaction disputes, or losses from platform use. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
